Clarion Hotel Denver Central, Denver

The hotel was not as clean as expected and didn't allow smoking, which was disappointing. The staff was mostly rude, except at check-in. The location was decent for our needs, but the overall experience was tainted by a sketchy area. The dining options were limited, and the timing was inconvenient for relaxation.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate with a steady source of hot water, but they need an upgrade, especially in terms of pillows and bedding. The lack of control over the room temperature made it feel cold during my stay.
